Simon Pollins (CEO)
Simon is our Chief Executive and founder of The Mezz Lender. He runs the company on a day to day basis and is also an integral part of our credit committee. Simon is a chartered accountant of more than 30 years, and brings more than 25 years experience in the property industry to the company. Simon has been involved in mezzanine finance for over 15 years and has a vast knowledge of the sector.
